TEAM NEWS

Arsenal are set to welcome back Hector Bellerin, Kieran Gibbs and Francis Coquelin who have all managed to return to training ahead of Sunday’s clash.

Olivier Giroud has overcome the ankle problem he suffered last week, but Theo Walcott is still out of action with a calf injury.

MATCH FACTS

  • Arsenal are looking for a fifth consecutive home win in the Premier League.
  • The Gunners have scored in their last 12 league games, the best current run in the top flight.
  • All three of their league defeats this season have come after they scored the opening goal.
  • Arsenal have a point more than they did at this stage last season, but then they were top – now they are fourth and eight points behind leaders Chelsea prior to the weekend.

OUR LINE-UP

Despite his goal-scoring contribution at Swansea City, Olivier Giroud should only be on the bench while Lucas Perez comes in.

And in midfield, Aaron Ramsey should retain his role even though Francis Coquelin is back. That is simply because an attacking-minded line-up will be far more necessary against a Burnley side which is expected to sit deep and be stubborn.
