The Gunners secured a spot in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Monday as they defeated Leeds United 1-0 at the Emirates stadium in a hard-fought win.

Arsenal’s clash with Leeds came almost a decade after the last time the two sides met in the competition back in 2012, on a night that saw Thierry Henry score after being introduced as a substitute.

Mikel Arteta’s men struggled to break down the away side for much of the first half but a goal from young forward Reiss Nelson after the break saw the Gunners snatch a 1-0 win over the Championship outfit on Monday.

For those who were not able to catch the FA Cup tie yesterday, below are some extended highlights from what was another good night under Arteta’s reign at the Emirates stadium.

After Monday night’s win, the Gunners will be facing fellow Premier League side Bournemouth in the fourth round of the competition.
