Alexis Sanchez has made a new strong statement about his delayed decision over whether to remain at Arsenal or not.
The 28-year-old is currently on holidays in his homeland after participating in the 2017 Confederations Cup which saw Chile lose to Germany in the final.
With only a year remaining on his contract at the Emirates stadium, Sanchez has been rumoured to be consdiering a departure this summer.
Bayern Munch and Manchester City have reportedly made offers for the forward who managed to score 30 goals in all competitions last season.
And speaking in a new interview, Sanchez has expressed his desire to play for a club involved in the Champions League.
“I want to play in the Champions League. The decision is not up to me, I have to wait for Arsenal,” the former Barcelona star said
The Gunners are preparing for a campaign which will see them not feature in Europe’s elite club competition for the first time in two decades.
