Wenger: Arsenal team isn’t doing everything I require
Arsene Wenger has dismissed the idea of being completely satisfied with his team so far in the 2016/17 campaign.
The Gunners have only lost twice in all competitions as of now and have gone 13 games unbeaten in the Premier League.
In addition to that, Wenger’s man are still very much in the hunt for the title this season as they sit only three points behind leaders Chelsea after finishing top of their group in the Champions League.
However, the Arsenal manager insists his side has certain things they have to get better at in order to avoid ending another campaign without silverware.
“We are playing well but we have plenty of room for improvement. I think we want to develop as a team and that’s what we have done since the start of the season.” the manager said ahead of the weekend’s clash with Stoke City
“We had a very difficult start and since we have responded very well. I feel the team is on the way upwards but we have as well to show that first of all we can improve, that we have the desire to improve as a team, and as well, that we can repeat the performances week in, week out.
“Stoke is another challenge for us that we can reset, refocus and continue our development and take the points.”
