You will be seeing full-strength Arsenal very soon.

Arsene Wenger has revealed that six of the first-team stars who participated in the summer’s World Cup are due to rejoin the squad on Monday.

The Gunners only really had one player in Robin van Persie who will claim much rest – having been involved in all of the Netherlands’ seven games in their stunning World Cup run.

The rest, consisting of Alex Song, Nicklas Bendnter, Bacary Sagna, Gael Clichy, Abou Diaby, Emmanuel Eboue and Carlos Vela all had early exits from the tournament and are set to resume business with their club.

Therefore, skipper Cesc Fabregas, who played a substitute’s role for Spain all the way to the final, may join Van Persie and the injured Carlos Vela on a short break as six of Arsenal’s nine World Cup participants will be back in time for the clash with SK Sturm Graz on Wednesday.

“We have six players coming back to join us on Monday when we go to Austria, and then the hard work starts.

“We have some tougher challenges coming up, especially in the Emirates Cup, so those games will give the new signings an opportunity to adapt, but we have to give them some time.”

The Arsenal boss also confirmed that William Gallas and Miakel Silvestre are no more Arsenal players while Sol Campbell’s future is yet to be resolved.
