Arsene Wenger claims he is “already working” on transfer moves to improve his squad this summer.

Heading into the end of another season where the Gunners may have to settle for a place in the top four, many have called for a spending spree in the transfer market this summer.

With the likes of Tomas Rosicky, Mikel Arteta and Mathieu Flamini set to depart the club this summer, Wenger will have to bring in more new additions than ever anyway.

However, the Frenchman insists his search for a new transfer target is not going well.

“We have to strengthen our squad but its not obvious to find the players despite the money the English clubs will have” he said

“Of course we will work very hard to do that. We are already working. But we have to find the players and that is not easy”
