Following the Gunners’ magnificent 2-0 victory over AC Milan at the San Siro, many fans took to Twitter to heap praise on the players who performed well.

Arsenal have been under severe pressure to turn the corner over the past couple of weeks, following several frustrating results.

Despite a couple of high-profile new signings during the January transfer window, the Gunners’ poor form continued last month as they remained well outside of Premier League’s top four.

Last Sunday’s 2-1 defeat to Brighton saw more fans pile the pressure on Wenger’s men to secure a positive result in the first leg of the Europa League round of 16 tie against AC Milan.

And courtesy of a vital contribution from Aaron Ramsey, who scored a fine second goal in the dying moments of the first half, the Gunners won 2-0 at the San Siro.

The Welshman was back in the team after missing the trip to Brighton and his performance has seen him earn some rave reviews…
