What departed Gunner is saying about these two Arsenal players after exit
Former Arsenal defender Nacho Monreal took to social media to share his joy at the news of two former teammates returning from their injury spells on the sidelines this week.
The Spaniard was signed from Malaga by former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger in 2013, in a deal which turned out to be a real bargain, considering how well Monreal went on to serve the club.
After six years at the Emirates stadium, the club has decided that now is the best time to let go of Monreal, who no longer has age on his side.
Monreal is back in Spain to possibly see out the rest of his career and it appears as though he still keeps an eye on the team he left only a few weeks ago.
After watching the likes of Hector Bellerin and Rob Holding make their return from long-term injuries, the former Arsenal star took to social media apllaud comeback from the duo.
So happy for @hectorbellerin and @rholding95 . It has been a long way but with patience, sacrifice and a lot of work you are back again.
Good people deserve the best and you are two of them 🙌 @arsenal
