‘What was he doing yesterday?’ – Twitter bashes Arsenal man after Chelsea performance

The Arsenal crowd appears to have lost faith in Mathieu Flamini as a substitute for the injured Francis Coquelin in defensive midfield.
After leaving the Gunners as a free agent in 2008, the Frenchman returned to the club for a second spell in 2013, winning praises for his initial performances when called upon.
Despite forming a decent partnership with Aaron Ramsey in the absence of Francis Coquelin this season as Arsenal returned to the top of the Premier League table, the praises are no longer going Flamini’s way.
Indeed, following Sunday’s 1-0 defeat to Chelsea, most fans have come to the conclusion that the 31-year-old is actually the liability in Arsene Wenger’s side.
Here were their views…
As I said yesterday, it's not Mertesacker's fault for getting the red card. Flamini gave Willian all the time to make that pass.

Playing Ozil in the same midfield as Mathieu Flamini is like pairing a fine wine with an expired bag of flaming hot cheetos.

The team looked a bit lost after the sending off. Specially Flamini. Man was just walking around, covering nobody during the whole sequence.

Flamini doesn't stay back, we all know that. Does Wenger not tell Flamini to stay back? Or does Flamini not listen?
